David Smith hails originally from near Liverpool, UK but has worked professionally in England, Scotland & Wales in the public and partnership sectors since 1989. He supports organisations, businesses and individuals. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management, a Chartered Member of CILIP (The Chartered Institute of Library & Information Professionals) and a Member of the Information & Records Management Society. He is active professionally at a UK level.

David is very experienced in managing corporate reception services, compliments, corporate complaints, customer services, information governance, libraries, copyright, legal deposit, corporate office support services, print management, projects, partnerships and liaison with Community & Town Councils. He has professional qualifications in Management, Project Management, Information & Library Management, Training and Coaching / Mentoring.
